Dr. Croushore's Bio

Dr. Elmer Croushore attended the University of Toledo where he graduated Magna cum Laude with his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He received his medical degree from the University of Chicago – Pritzker School of Medicine going on to serve his Residency and Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Croushore is certified by the American Board of Surgery holding his board certification in Vascular Surgery. Having served as the Chief of Surgery at North Florida Regional Medical Center, Dr. Croushore specializes in Vascular Surgery, Vascular Testing and Venous Ablations.

Practicing since 1990, Dr. Croushore joined The Cardiac & Vascular Institute in 2016. In his leisure time, Dr. Croushore enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
