Dr. Ahmad Mahmoud is a board-certified interventional cardiologist at The Cardiac & Vascular Institute (TCAVI), with advanced credentials in Interventional Cardiology, Echocardiography, Cardiac Computed Tomography (CT), and Nuclear Cardiology. He is recognized for his expertise in complex coronary and structural heart interventions, and is committed to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based cardiovascular care.
Dr. Mahmoud specializes in managing complex coronary artery disease, including high-risk percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) with mechanical circulatory support and chronic total occlusions (CTO). His structural heart expertise includes left atrial appendage closure, patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure for stroke prevention, and minimally invasive valvular interventions.
